Twenty-five years of
figuring things out.

Text Connects started in a Connecticut high school in January 2001 and has been independent ever since. Today it's about a dozen people, mostly Shopify, not only Shopify — and the founder still touches every project.

It really is about “us.” And you!

You also tap into our bench of in-house experts, large enough to solve nearly any online technology challenge you face, small enough that our Founder and Chief Solutions Architect, Justin Porter, will touch your project, too.

We’re very proud to say that we have developed more than 300 Shopify stores, earning us certifications that designate us Shopify Experts in both Development and Store Setup, and making us an official Shopify Plus Partner. While we have drunk the Shopify Kool-Aid and consider it a best-in-class e-commerce solution, our expertise extends to Magento, Oracle NetSuite SuiteCommerce, Woo Commerce, WordPress, and more.

Beyond e-commerce solutions, our clients rely on us for custom application development, systems integration, and back-end integrations. We’ve even custom-built a CRM when existing solutions didn’t cover all the bases for a client.

Hardware doesn’t faze us either. We’ve done deep dives into Shopify POS and have our own in-house demo lab for clients to see the hardware (and software) in action. B2B doesn’t faze us either. We’ve been creating solutions for Shopify B2B users for years. Now that Shopify Plus has a straightforward, uncomplicated path that includes a robust B2B solution, we’re hard at work developing enhancements just for B2B sellers.

It doesn’t stop there. We recently developed a baby cam solution for an upscale postnatal retreat and even help ensure the lights stay ON in parking lots across New England with our cell-connected, parking lot lighting controllers.
