Prior to Activation
After purchasing Express Send Plus from Text Connects, you can return it within 15 days for a full refund. Your copy must not have been activated to receive a full refund. If you have activated your copy please see the section titled After Activation.
After Activation
After activating your copy of Express Send Plus from Text Connects, you can return it within 15 days for a partial refund. Please see table below for exact amount refunded.
Refund Requested within 30 minutes of Activation: 50% refund.
Refund Requested after 30 minutes of Activation and before 15 days from purchase date: 10% refund.
Note: After the refund has been processed your application may become disabled due to activation checks performed by Express Send Plus.
How to request a refund
Email your refund request to refunds@textconnects.com. Please include your order number and email address used for the purchase. Text Connects will reply with an email stating we received your request and the status of your refund request.
