Shopify Development Retainers - Current Clients
Development Retainer:
- Hours do not expire.
- Tasks due within 2 business days will be billed based on actual time to accomplish task.
- Tasks due outside of 2 business days will be estimated and billed the maximum of actual time to accomplish task OR maximum estimated time.
- Hours of operation: 9am - 5pm.
- Outside normal business hours, tasks will be billed at 300% of actual time to accomplish task, with a minimum of 3 Hours.
- Renewal of development retainer available whenever needed at the rates above.
