One hour, max. $250 buys up to 60 minutes of senior developer time — review and quick fixes together — on top of our AI review pass. Work beyond the hour is quoted separately and only started with your OK.
GitHub pull requests only. We review code as a PR against a repo we set up for you. No zip files, no pasted snippets, no theme-editor copy/paste. If you've never done this, we'll give you the prompt to hand your AI agent and it'll handle the push.
One change per review. A review covers one feature or fix — a section, an extension, a Flow — not a backlog. Bundle five things into one PR and we'll review the first and quote the rest.
Not a rebuild. If what you sent shouldn't ship, we tell you plainly and quote the right way to do it. The $250 still buys the review and the write-up.
Questions
What counts as a "small" fix?
Anything we can correct inside the hour — a bad selector, a schema error, a missing escape, a cart event wired wrong, a setting that should be a metafield. If the fix is really a rebuild, or it would push us past the hour, we stop and send a quote before doing more.
Why GitHub? I just have a file.
A pull request shows us exactly what changed against a known-good theme, line by line, and lets our AI tooling and a developer review the same thing. A zip or a pasted snippet doesn't. If you don't use GitHub, don't worry — after purchase we send you a short prompt to paste into whatever AI agent built the code, and it will set up the repo and open the PR for you. We can walk you through it on a call if you'd rather.
What does the AI review workflow do?
Before a developer looks, we run the PR through our own review agents tuned for Shopify: theme-check, schema validation, performance and accessibility flags, and the common AI-generated mistakes we see week to week. That means the developer's hour goes to judgment, not linting.
What can you review?
Theme sections, snippets, and templates; checkout UI extensions; Shopify Functions; Flow automations; metafield and metaobject definitions; app configuration; and small custom apps. If it's bigger than that — a full theme or a multi-service integration — start with our Data & Systems Audit instead.
Which AI tools does this apply to?
Doesn't matter. Cursor, Claude, ChatGPT, Copilot, Shopify Sidekick, Lovable, Bolt, a freelancer who used one of them — we review the output, not the tool.
Will you push it live?
We deploy to a preview theme by default so you can click through it. We push to your live theme only with your written sign-off.
What if you find it shouldn't ship at all?
We tell you plainly, explain why, and give you options: a scoped quote to do it right, or a recommendation for an app that already does it. The $250 still buys you the review and the write-up.
Do I need to be an existing client?
No. This is built for people who've never worked with an agency and don't want to start with a discovery call.
