Holiday Shipping Deadlines 2026

Every carrier has a last day to ship for Christmas, and every year it moves. We put the UPS, FedEx and USPS cutoffs on one December calendar you can print, pin up by the packing station or share with your team.

What's in the calendar

• UPS: Ground Saver, Ground, 3 Day, 2nd Day Air and Next Day Air.
• FedEx: Ground Economy, Express Saver, 2 Day, Overnight and Same Day.
• USPS: Retail Ground, First Class Mail, Priority Mail and Priority Mail Express.

A new calendar every year

Carriers publish their holiday cutoffs each fall. When they do, we build a fresh calendar and post it right here, at the same link. Bookmark this page, and if you're on our list we'll email you when next year's dates are up.

Before you count on a date

These dates assume everything goes right. Weather, staffing and volume spikes cause delays every December, so give yourself a cushion. Most stores set their own "order by" date a day or two before the carrier cutoff and put it in a banner across the site.
