The idea
A direct container order only ships when it fills a 20 ft or 40 ft container. Without help, wholesale buyers work out the volume with a sales rep over email. Put that math in the cart instead, and show buyers how much room is left as they shop.
How it works for buyers
- A progress bar for each container size. The order summary shows how full a 20 ft and a 40 ft container would be, and how many cubic meters (CBM) are left in each. Every item added or removed moves the bars.
- One container per source. The bar is labeled by where the order ships from, so a Vietnam direct container fills separately from other factories.
- Built for orders that take days. A container order can be saved and picked up later with saved carts, and exported to a spreadsheet with cart export.
Why it works
- No more back-and-forth. Buyers can see whether an order qualifies without waiting on a rep to run the numbers.
- Room left is an invitation. "8 CBM left" tells a buyer exactly how much more they can add to the same shipment.
- Fewer orders that don't qualify. Buyers fill the container before they submit, instead of hearing about it afterwards.
What we build
Container ordering set up around how you actually ship: your container sizes, your factories and your product dimensions, kept in step with your ERP. It works with Shopify B2B, so wholesale buyers keep their company accounts and pricing. Read how we built Campania's wholesale store.
